Studied history and English linguistics and literature in Braunschweig and Vienna, thesis on Early Modern peasant resistance (2001)
Spent several years in Belgium
Work experience in NGOs (PICUM, Belgium and PHASE Austria), in event organisation (University of Vienna) and project management (Medical University of Vienna), and as a freelance translator since 2007.
Further interests: gender studies, theory of history, development cooperation, research in National Socialism and racism, migration studies, history of labour organisation, French structuralism
